Factors Influencing Custom Institutional Estimates

For multi-departmental corporate training, university guest lecture series, or international symposium workshops, fees are calculated based on three objective parameters:

1. Total Number of Learners: Cohorts exceeding 12 learners are structured with dedicated breakout facilitators.
2. Curriculum Customization: Designing bespoke taxonomy modules tailored to proprietary internal tech stacks.
3. Delivery Mode & Travel: On-site sessions outside the Bangkok metropolitan area include standard travel and accommodation per diem.

Invoicing, Currency & Payment Terms

• Currencies Accepted: Thai Baht (THB) and United States Dollars (USD) converted at daily Bank of Thailand commercial rates.
• Payment Methods: Standard institutional bank wire transfer, PromptPay (Thailand local), or corporate debit/credit card via secure institutional invoice.
• Payment Milestones: 50% deposit required upon date confirmation; remaining 50% invoiced following delivery of session materials.
• Government & Academic Discounts: A 20% educational grant discount applies to accredited academic institutions, secondary schools, and registered non-profit research groups.
